How you will make an impact

You will become part of a highly skilled team in Global Planning and be located in Arla HQ in Aarhus.

Being a part of Global Planning as student assistant will teach you a lot of the planning process in Arla and how to balance supply and demand in one of the largest dairy companies worldwide.

Primary tasks in the job:

• Sales and Forecast follow up in Power BI
• Packaging planning in SAP
• Ad hoc analysis to support production planners
• Maintain capacity overview tools
• Secure continuous improvement in planning tools to improve daily work
• Prepare material and data for meetings for the Arla S&OP process

What will make you successful

You have a passion for planning and gets motivated by solving imbalances in supply and demand in a structured way.

• You are currently studying first semester on your Master degree within Cand. Merc. Operations and Supply Chain Analytics or Cand. Merc. Business Intelligence or similar.
• You have an analytical skillset and is service minded.
• You are a skillful communicator who thrives in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
• You are self-driven and get motivated by continuously improvement.
   

It is not required, but an advantage to have some experience Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP.

There will be some flexibility around placement of hours and place to work.
