Ambu is looking for an Innovation PMO Student Assistant to support project and portfolio management and improved ways of working across Ambu. You will be part of the journey to drive governance, resource management and transparency on ongoing activities.

Key Responsibilities

As Student Assistant in the Innovation PMO your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support driving project- and portfolio governance. The Innovation PMO ensures transparency on status and learnings across projects and supports decision making on resource and budget allocations – we need your eye for data management and quality in preparing for our governance meetings.
  • Maintain project- and portfolio data and reporting – in your role, you ensure that we have the necessary and correct data on our projects and stakeholders, so we are sure that our reports are correct and reach the right people.
  • Support development and maintenance of the Ambu Project Management Handbook – You will get introduced to Product Innovation Process and support that we develop valuable guidelines for Ambu’s Project Managers.

Grow your skills and expand your experience

To succeed in this position, it is essential that you have an interest in data and reporting and an eye for details. We would love that you understand that data and reporting quality enables us to make the right decisions on our portfolio of projects and that you are eager and curious to help were needed.

We expect that you are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and are eager to learn PowerBI, Teams and the tools we work with for resources and budget management.

As a professional, you exceed your peers by being a hands-on person with the ability to manage all steps of supporting the activities in the Innovation PMO. You are structured, self-driven, responsible, team-oriented and outgoing.

Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration, and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently.
