Here is what your role entails
As an Intern in our Digital Workplace-team, you will have an important role in enhancing the digital experience for all employees in the organization, in collaboration with your other colleagues within Core IT, such as Hybrid Infrastructure, Security, and Business Solutions.
More specifically you will be:
- Developing and updating user training materials and communication, using various tools, platforms and services, such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira, & Confluence.
- Analyzing IT processes to identify gaps and issues, to optimize workflows across the department
- Ensuring consistency and quality in collaboration across the department by creating new processes and templates for internal documentation and communication

In this Intern position, you will become part of our Global IT function, which the Digital Workplace-team is a part of. The team consists of 8 colleagues, at the office in Denmark, as well as at the office in Malaga, Spain, including the People Lead, whom you will be reporting to. We are looking for an Intern who is ready to elevate the way we that we collaborate in the team, but also how our colleagues understand and use our tools. As we are a large international organization, there is a constant shift in priorities and tasks, and therefore, you should be able to embrace a job, with many different tasks and responsibilities.
In order to succeed we imagine that you:
- Are studying a degree within IT, Computer Science, Information Science or another relevant field
- Have a strong interest in digital education and process optimization
- Possess good communication skills, and are able to explain technical concepts clearly and with great enthusiasm to different audiences
- Are proactive, and able to start and finish your own tasks, while also valuing a highly collaborative environment
As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
