Our in-house agency, The Barn, was created to help our global and local brands win in a world of increasing media complexity. Today, we have a strong team specializing in campaign development and digital asset production, strategy and planning, analytics, media buying, tech and data. As our new Student Assistant, you will be playing a central role in our owned media and data function. 

How will you make an impact?

You will be coupled to the Owned Media & Data team and be surrounded by a diverse group of passionate specialists working on our data foundation and insights, web platforms, content strategy, and search. Your focus will be on supporting our ambition to build a best-in-class data foundation for The Barn and delivering actionable insights that enable others in The Barn and beyond to be more data-driven in their day-to-day work. You will also get an introduction to several content management systems, so you can occasionally support the owned media team in updating content across our brand websites. Given the broad range of responsibilities within our team, your tasks will vary over time and provide exposure to different areas of expertise. This role presents an excellent opportunity to explore various competency areas, acquire new skills, and help shape your future career path.  bThe task you will be conducted are:
 

  • Prepare performance reports for owned media, using Google Analytics 4 and internal reporting tools to deliver key insights and support knowledge sharing across brands and markets
  • Conduct desktop research to gather relevant industry trends, insights, and consumer behavior data to support campaign development and decision-making
  • Cleanse and validate data from different sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Support different team members in reporting on key brand projects by gathering project updates, tracking milestones, key metrics, and executing relevant project tasks
  • Make ad hoc changes to websites and other content management systems as required

  • You have a “can do” attitude and an eye for details 
  • You have strong communication skills 
  • You are fluent in English
