Student Assistant (Solution Management)

About the job

You will join our Solution Management Team within the Digital Technology department.   As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Solution Management Product Manager/Director in various tasks such as communication, planning and project management. This position offers an opportunity to become an integral part of our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

You will get many different assignments, such as:

Planning meetings and events (including preparation of agendas and follow-up on actions).
Supporting  project management.
Building communication materials for internal and external communication.
Assisting with different practicalities in the team (i.e., administrative work).
Assisting the team in supporting our users.
Always be ready to take up a challenge to grow your skills set.
The student position is 20 hours per week, with the possibility of flexibility to make room for study and work.

 
About you

We are looking for a candidate who is currently a Bachelor’s/Master's Student in Business, Communication, or IT-related area. It will bring you in an advantageous position to apply for the job if you:

Have good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to deliver concise and simple messages.
Know how to visualize your communication.
Like to build structure and have an independent approach to your work.
Are proactive and process-driven, thriving at bringing your strong organizational skills into play every day.
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Enjoy having a broad range of tasks and you thrive in the space between people, process, and technology.
Are fluent in written and verbal English.

The Solution Management Team is a part of Healthcare & Corporate Products Department in Falck Digital Technology Denmark. The team is situated in Copenhagen and in Warszawa.
In Solution Management Team we are taking care of our global financial solutions, our global HR-solutions and quality management system among other solutions.
