Copenhagen Capacity is looking for its next student assistant to join our busy Talent Attraction team 15-20 hours a week. You will be working with exciting and varied job tasks within attracting and retaining international talent and gain unique insight into the Danish business sector through our large network of corporate partners.

Copenhagen Capacity´s Talent Attraction department work to promote Greater Copenhagen as Northern Europe's most attractive study and work destination and to improve the conditions for highly skilled international workers, researchers, and students in Greater Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities: As a pivotal member of our Talent Attraction team, you will:

  • Engage in proactive outreach to candidates and companies, fostering strong relationships.
  • Conduct screening of CVs, ensuring alignment with the company’s needs.
  • Craft compelling newsletters and company reports, enhancing our brand narrative.
  • Provide support to the sales team, driving our service offerings.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including event coordination and execution.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is:

  • Currently in the first year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
  • Passionate about making a tangible impact on the lives of international talent in Denmark.
  • Fluent in English, with great communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Danish fluency is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRS systems, and/or any Application Tracking System is beneficial.

The Talent department consists of 8 full-time employees. Across departments there are 7 students in Copenhagen Capacity, and we encourage you to engage in creating a vibrant student environment in the organisation of a total of 35 employees of 12 different nationalities. You will join an international, challenging, and dynamic working environment.  Here, you will expand your expertise in talent attraction, communications, and global networking, shaping the future of Denmark’s international community.
