How will you make an impact?

You will join the Global Arla Brand team in Aarhus. Here, we are 3 energetic marketers responsible for developing and implementing the global brand strategy for Arla Masterbrand, HL & Sustainability.

You will support the team by handling tasks that enable smooth category and business strategy development and deployment, global assessment of opportunities and monitoring of the category performance. Your expected tasks will be:

• Assisting in coordinating projects to secure a seamless flow between the category team and key stakeholders.
• Follow up on performance KPIs on a monthly basis.
• From time to time, also assist in the planning of events and team meetings, including global category meetings with all countries.

What will make you successful?

You have a high level of energy and enjoy handling different contacts and tasks concurrently. Not only should you be curious of mind, you should also be ready to work in an ambitious environment where the agenda might look different when you turn up for work the next time. As such, you must have a proactive and flexible attitude and be able to solve tasks independently and pragmatically. In other words, you do not hold back when it comes to seeking colleagues in other functions for assistance if that is what it takes to solve a challenge. Furthermore we expect you have/are:

• Studying a bachelor degree in relevant marketing or a business-oriented discipline.
• Solid skills to analyze numbers with basic financial knowledge.
• Speaking and writing in fluent English. Danish is not pre-requisite.
• Experience in brand/marketing within an international brand will be an advantage.

The position is for 10-15 hours a week, and can be placed over several days. We are also flexible around your exams.
