In this role, you will join our team of experts and work closely with our Rewards teams and will be working across Global mobility and Compensation & Benefits. As a student assistant, you will assist with administration providing support to the Rewards team, and monitoring tasks for COWI A/S. You will learn about trends within Global Mobility and Compensation & Benefit and have the responsibility for your tasks and managing large budgets. Our People & Culture team has more than 150 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe. Furthermore, on a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Support data submission for annual surveys.
  • Review and support teams with a wide range of relevant compensation data and maintenance of Global mobility portal sites.
  • Handle immigration cases and analyse results of compensation surveys in our fast-track setup.
  • Research and analyse trends and support stakeholder communications across global mobility and Compensation and Benefits.
  • Support with data crunching in excel.
  • Support budget preparations and other administrative activities.

On top of that, you are:

  • Enrolled in higher education within HR, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proactive and can take responsibility for your tasks.
  • Analytical thinker with proven capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in communicating in English (Written and Verbal) and any other Scandinavian language.

The position is 15 hours a week with flexibility during exam periods however we expect the student assistant to be available in the Aarhus or Lyngby office.

  • A basic knowledge in supply chain management and Lean will be an advantage.
