As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Project Manager to deliver projects with excellence and executed with the highest priority on safety.

What will you do?
As our new Project Manager you will ensure top-quality project delivery, foster a collaborative & high-performance team, and build lasting client partnerships. You'll also bridge Sales and Project Execution, contributing valuable insights to new ventures.

Your main tasks include:

  • Demonstrate safety in design and operations, ensuring it remains a top priority throughout project execution
  • Plan and Deliver Package Scope within a large T&I Foundation Project with responsibilities on Quality, Schedule and Cost
  • Represent Cadeler professionally to stakeholders & managing supplier relationships, including overseeing subcontractor management
  • Manage internal project reporting to Project Director and Steering Committee
  • Support Sales in project planning and execution alignment
  • Plan and coordinate equipment interface on deck for timely, quality delivery within budget constraints
  • Lead procurement, and delivery of Foundation Seafastening and mission critical tools
  • Manage budget, coordinate communications related to A-class vessel scope, and plan vessel mobilization
  • Build and maintain Risk and Opportunity Register, addressing actions when required
  • Knowledgeable about the various project contractual terms related to MP installation scope and the overall projectResponsible for delivering the MP Foundation scope as per Employers requirement
  • Responsible for managing and delivering subcontractor services in collaboration with the project Engineering, Lifting, and HSEQ teams
  • Be part of Project Leadership group and responsible for overall project delivery and wellbeing of project team

We are looking for a Project Manager with a robust technical foundation and a track record of delivering high-standard projects, who can lead a diverse project team from Engineering to HSEQ.

We are looking for a positive team player, who naturally balances technical expertise and project management and who has the ability to communicate and negotiate commercial and technical matters effectively to different stakeholders. You possess strong interpersonal skills, you excel at stakeholder management, and you have the capacity to act as an efficient coordinator between people and projects.

You possess a can-do-attitude, and it comes natural to you to always look for quality solutions.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to juggle a wide variety of tasks. You can maintain the large-scale perspective of major complex projects and you know how to prioritize by importance, risk and commercial impact.

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:

  • Over 5 years of project management experience in offshore wind or oil and gas sectors
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in civil, mechanical, or maritime engineering
  • Proficiency in coordinating with various roles across the Foundation team
  • Prior experience in HSEQ management
