Then you might be the Project Engineer we are looking for.

Cadeler is a global partner in offshore wind farm construction and maintenance, and we are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Project Engineer to help us develop comprehensive foundation project plans.

What will you do?
As our new Project Engineer you will provide technical expertise to design offshore foundation construction processes and ensure seamless execution of project plans with cross-functional teams.

Your main tasks include:

  • Provide technical expertise for offshore construction methods and equipment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications
  • Develop and review engineering and feasibility studies for sailing and jacking operations, optimizing installation processes and addressing potential challenges with support from skilled subcontractors and internal resources
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and address technical queries
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure personnel well-being and compliance with industry safety standards
  • Support quality control to ensure construction projects meet high-quality standards, including maintaining accurate project records
  • Oversee offshore equipment design, delivery and implementation as well as serving as a liaison between the vessel crew and office teams
  • Monitor equipment delivery, performance, and deviations from project objectives
  • Identify opportunities for improvements, optimizations, cost savings, and innovation in operations as well as equipment design and development
  • Support the internal development of standards, methodologies, and documentation to improve overall Cadeler operations

We are looking for a well-organized and strong communicator who can convey complex technical information to different stakeholders, leading technical subjects with multidisciplinary teams, and take full ownership of assigned work

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:
