About the Role | Development of a consultant and M&A toolbox
Join our ambitious Group Strategy, M&A, Innovation, and Executive Office department as a part-time Strategy Analyst. You'll work alongside colleagues with backgrounds from top-tier consultancies, investment banks, and other C25 companies. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to refine your problem-solving and analytical skills by working on transformational projects across Tryg’s Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian operations.
As a Student Analyst, you'll have the chance to work within any of the four dynamic teams in our department: Group Strategy, Group M&A, Executive Office, and Group Innovation & Prevention. Each team focuses on different key areas of interest for the Group and utilizes different approaches and methodologies, providing a wealth of learning opportunities. Whether you’re conducting commercial analyses, developing strategic recommendations for senior executives, or assisting in evaluating a potential acquisition target, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing on the biggest priorities of our Executive Board.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting commercial analyses, including industry analysis and competitive benchmarks.
- Data analysis, hypothesis testing, and the development of recommendations for senior executives.
- Independent workstream management with guidance from senior colleagues.
About you | A team player
You are ambitious, motivated, and a proactive team player. With strong academic performance, you excel both socially and academically. Any prior experience in student jobs or organizations is a plus but not essential. You are structured, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills. You are capable of driving project workstreams independently and managing significant responsibility while contributing to team goals. You are also open to both giving and receiving feedback. Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish, along with proficiency in English, is required. Experience with PowerPoint and Excel is advantageous.
