Are you a student with an interest in projects and IT? If you could also see yourself working with experienced project managers, supporting a broad range of projects, and doing different types of tasks, you could be our new colleague.

Please note that you will work and be based out of our Copenhagen office. The job is part-time (approx. 10 hours per week or more, depending on your schedule and the projects).

You will join our Global IT PMO department

As our new colleague in the IT PMO, you will be part of a passionate and diverse team of Business Analysts and Project Managers. We are responsible for assessing and executing IT Projects, as well as ensuring organizational adoption. Our project portfolio covers broadly from technical projects to strategic implementations of new global solutions. Our high-level approach to projects is:

  •  Assessing ideas for new projects in close collaboration with solution architects
  • Designing and planning new projects in close dialogue with business managers and IT stakeholders, ensuring a good project design/foundation for decision by management and preparation for execution
  •  Executing projects with focus on managing scope, ensuring right resources, driving progress, managing suppliers/partners, working closely with the business counterpart, and communicating proactively with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring a good handover to IT and Business when closing down the project

Your starting point for constant growth

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point could be:

  • Ongoing BSc or equivalent education
  • Interest in learning Project Management disciplines; if you already have some experience or perhaps have completed a project manager-related course it could be an advantage
  •  Interest in supporting projects and working closely with project managers, incl. coordinating follow up and status with other functions like Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Process Owners, Procurement, Compliance, IT security, etc.
  • Ability to communicate to various stakeholders would be considered a plus; this could include creation of content to different target groups, e.g. articles on the intranet, email communication, user guides
  •  Being flexible, result oriented and taking clear ownership for assigned tasks
