What We Offer

You will join one of the most innovative and fastest growing companies in our business sector. Our team has approximately 16 developers, a mix of mechanical, electronics and software engineering backgrounds, and 6 project managers. 

You will be working closely with the hardware developers on various tasks where the development of our accessory products improves the abilities of hearing aids in special listening situations. Here you will get a chance to learn more about the products, working in the development of these products, improve your practical skills and learn a few technical ones.

About the Role

In this role, you will carry out a multi-faceted support function for ongoing hardware development activities. The assignments you will get can range from building/reworking electronic circuits, programming devices, preparing them for tests, to small design or technical calculation tasks, to organizing, summarizing and reporting data.

The role can be in the form of a full-time internship over a defined period, or a part-time job alongside your studies. 

About you

We expect you to be able to recognize yourself in the following:

  • Currently enrolled in engineering studies of a relevant discipline, e.g. electrical engineering.
  • Eager to understand the workflow around you and to learn the skills you will use in performing the tasks.
  • Have an analytical mindset and organized, systematic approach to work.
  • A smart user of spreadsheets.
  • Have tried soldering surface-mount electronic components before.
  • Have tried drawing circuit diagrams in an EDA software before, irrespective of which.
  • Feel comfortable communicating with colleagues at both overview and detail levels.

We do not expect you to have experience with any particular work tool. It is sufficient for us that you come with some familiarity with a similar tool, and are eager to take up a new one and develop your skills there. We will make sure you get an introduction to necessary tools and skills.
